For our 'show and tell' 4B presented projects on their favourite country. Have a look at their fantastic work.

Today we took our trundle wheel for a walk and measured the distance of Compass Hill from our school gate. We measured the walk to be 3,036m long (give or take a couple...) Here are some pictures of us in action!

Today Barry Moloney took 4A on a history tour of Kinsale. We learned about lots of fun stories, our favourite being the 'Battle of Kinsale' and the 'Giant of Kinsale' (we got to see his shoes!!). Here are some pictures...

Today was our last gymnastics class of the year. 4th class learned lots and had so much fun. Here are some of our cool moves!

Scoil Naomh Eltin have been learning all about building bridges and engineering. Today we took a walk to 'New Bridge' in Kinsale. We learned about its history and how bridges are built.

Here in 4th class we have been preparing for our Christmas holidays. We finished the term off with a well deserved fun day for the kids. Happy Christmas!

Today the students of 4b were learning all about Tom Crean and his expedition to the South Pole. In addition we are reading 'Tom Crean Ice Man' which they are really enjoying. Below are some projects that they created to show off their knowledge. 

For the last few weeks, 4a have been reading with rang a haon. Fourth class had so much fun teaching and learning!
