After a hard fought battle against a valiant Gaelscoil an Ghoirt Álainn team yesterday, we are delighted to report that our cailiní ultimately came out victorious. It was a brilliant team effort to get the win and all the girls who contributed during trainings and games to get to this point can be very proud of their efforts. Celebrations have been in full flow since the team returned and will continue into the coming weeks and months no doubt. A huge thank you to the teachers, students and families that provided the incredible support from the stands of Páirc Úi Chaoimh. Scoil Naomh Eltin Abú!!!  We would like to say a big thank you to Elasnik Computers for kindly sponsoring gloves for our girls Sciath na Scol team. We hope it will give us a bit of an advantage on the big day. The girls took a break from their busy training schedule to fulfill some media duties today. The girls were checking out their player profiles on display at the school entrance and some of the signs outside the school. We also had a whole school assembly where almost 400 pupils attended to show their support for the girls! Throw in tomorrow, 8th of November is at 12.30pm in Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
