Dear Parent /Guardian,
I hope that you and your family are well. In conjunction with Kinsale Gardaí we have organised for you to collect your children’s schoolbooks on Monday next 11th May.
The staff have packed up all the books today and we will send you out a text message shortly, with an allocated timeslot to go to the school and collect your child’s books.
These timeslots are staggered throughout the day so that only up to 7 people at most should be waiting on the grounds at one time.
You may access the school on foot or by car at the school entrance gates on Roseabbey Park Road gates only. Onsite parking will be available and please do not park on the road outside. There will be 20 cones on the pedestrian path to the Ballinacubby Gate, please line up at these cones which will allow for social distancing and then you will be directed to your collection point.
Please note there is only one slot per family, all siblings books will be together.
If the timeslot assigned does not suit you, please ask someone to swap or ask someone to collect your child’s book for you.
The following guidelines have been advised in consultation with Kinsale Gardaí.
