Dear Parent/Guardians,
A new term of Homework Club will commence on Tuesday the 13th of September until Thursday the 6th of October. It will run for four weeks each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 pm to 4:00pm. The cost of the club is €24.00 per pupil. Children are given time to have a snack beforehand, therefore school lunches should be adjusted to allow for this. Homework club is an opportunity for your child to complete their homework in a quiet environment. It is important to note that the teachers present are there in a supervisory capacity and parents are asked to check homework is completed satisfactorily at home. If you are interested in homework club for your child please fill out and return the slip below. Places in homework club will be assigned on a first come first served basis and are limited. It is most important to note that if your child signs up for homework club we will expect him/her to attend. If, for any reason, your child is unable to attend, please inform the teacher in charge for that period via note/telephone call. Thank you all most sincerely for your continued support. Kindest Regards, ____________________ Ciara O’ Connor (Homework club) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wish my child ___________________, Class ________, to attend homework club. Signed _______________________ (Parent/Guardian) Kinsale Parish
