4th A and B attended a hockey blitz in Garyduff sports centre this week. The blitz was in conjunction with Hockey Ireland and Cork Sports Partnership. Miss Mills did a hockey coaching course with them in November and our school received 40 hockey sticks and 40 hockey balls.The girls and boys trained hard all term with their teachers and Jill Leslie from KHC and have really improved in the short space of time they've been training. We had a brilliant day out on Wednesday practising all our new skills.
