3rd and 4th class had an exciting visit from Leona Forde, author of the Melissa McCarthy book series, who led an engaging writer's workshop today. Leona brought her stories to life through drama, guiding the children in exploring characters, emotions, and scenes inspired by her books. The pupils had great fun stepping into the shoes of different characters. The workshop sparked lots of laughter and creativity, and gave the children a real insight into how authors imagine and develop their characters. A huge thank you to Leona for sharing her time and talents with us!
