Fairtrade Fortnight

2/23/2021

Last week, Rang 5 were busy learning about Fairtrade. They put together a project with their research about Fairtrade. Did you know that Kinsale is a Fairtrade town? Take a look at their work to learn more about Fairtrade and why it is so important.

Fairtrade Fortnight runs from 22nd February to 7th March. This year’s focus is on cocoa and their aim is to ensure that all farmers are paid fairly for their work and are able to earn a living income. We will be learning more about Fairtrade over the next 2 weeks!
