Yoga with Mary Hayes

Junior Infants are really enjoying yoga classes with Mary Hayes each Tuesday.  We have been learning about different ways of breathing. Our tummies get bigger and smaller as we breathe in and out. Yoga is very relaxing. Thank you Mary!
