Dear Student
I hope that you had great fun during Active Schools Week. Thank you for sharing your videos which are now on our school website. They really made me smile.
We have now come to the end of a very challenging school year and I am delighted to say that you are on summer holidays and I hope that you can relax and have fun.
I congratulate you on how well you have done , engaging with your teachers and managing to do your school work remotely. You might not know it but the best gift you have given your teacher this year is staying safe and working hard. You are amazing. I encourage you to look at our school website. Both the main page and your class page display the incredible work you have done. Poems, videos, stories and activities, all of which are now part of the history of our school during this pandemic. We are proud of you. You have indeed inspired us as we have watched you achieve.
I congratulate our wonderful 6th class students who celebrated their graduation last week. I wish you well as you journey on in your life's journey. Students please remember to view your graduation video on the main page of our school website.
Scoil Naomh Eltin received exciting news recently. The school has been awarded the Blue Star Flag for 2020. Thank you to all students who contributed to this project. We will celebrate with a flag-raising ceremony in the new school year.
This project was important for our school as it allowed us to celebrate the varied identities and the heritage of our students.
